Yasemi offers 60-minutes online individual sessions in English or Greek. The focus is on adult populations, and the sessions are provided through Google Meet, a video conferencing platform. Google Meet is privacy compliant according to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), but also according to an extended global list of compliance offerings. Approach
My studies were focused on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Still, I individualize each treatment depending on each client’s needs incorporating elements from schema, acceptance, and commitment, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I prioritize creating a safe and warm connection with the client to smoothly transition to exploring complex thoughts, emotions, and memories. However, I always clarify that therapy is not a magic pill and the therapist is not a magician. Contrary, therapy needs time and effort by both sides to work.

Virtual therapy is subject to the same laws and professional requirements as traditional mental health services. The ethical conduct of my profession, your privacy and protection are of great importance.
